Matt Talbot: Urban Mystic

Matt Talbot: Urban Mystic is a highly acclaimed one-hour feature documentary about a man who overcame addiction through radical faith—and whose life speaks to today’s silent epidemic.

St. Grellan’s Council of the Knights of St. Columbanus (www.creideamh.ie/greallans) in partnership with Ballinasloe & District Pioneer Youth Club (www.creideamh.ie/youth-club), and with the active encouragement and support of many other groups, including The Creideamh Book Club, Ballinasloe Legion of Mary and Ballinasloe-Creagh parish, cordially invite you to come along to one of three screenings as follows:

Times
First Showing – 4 pm
Second Showing – 7 pm
Third Showing – 8.30 pm

Hospitality
Be assured of a warm welcome.
Each showing will be preceded by a five-minute introduction to Matt Talbot (1856-1925) and to the making of this feature documentary.
Tea / coffee and biscuits will be served after each showing, allowing those who attend who are interested an opportunity to chat about Matt Talbot, his significance and what is remaining with us from the documentary film.

Reservation of places
Seating for the first (4 pm) and second (7 pm) showings are on a ‘first-come, first-served’ basis.
